Textile Origin Story:

I do quite a bit of work with the basic original file I designed for this print. The original inspiration was a photo I took in Krakow of a hand-painted leather wall covering that must have been a million years old. It was green and yellow,  the colors of the Green Bay Packers must have been all the rage back then! I have had it in the back of my mind for sometime that I have wanted to create a chevron; I love it for it's nod to the 70s. But I was still turning my Rubik's cube on the designing of the chevron because I wasn't quite sure how to do it. When I recently saw a photo of Halle Berry in this stupidly awesome metallic halter top chevron dress it became a necessity! I had to do it. Once I sat down I was able to figure it out. Expect to see more chevrons coming soon!
