FAQ/SHIPPING

DEFIANCE CLOTHING COMPANY pieces are all print on demand products. This means each piece is made at the time the order is placed. We take pride in creating less waste in the fashion industry by only producing what is asked of us. When ordering please be conscious of using the fit guides and fit notes provided in the product descriptions when choosing your size. RETURNS

We will take returns if there is a quality issue with the product. Returns requested for incorrect sizing are decided case by case. For all return requests please contact us through info@defianceclothingco.com. 

SHIPPING, INCLUDING PO BOXES

Please be aware that our product is shipped by many different carriers from all over the world. The end stage carriers are both USPS and non-USPS. If you have both a physical address and a PO Box, you will need to include both on your order; for example: 1234 Benson St/PO Box 5678.

Currently Defiance Clothing Company is set up to ship to customers anywhere in the US. 

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

As our product is made to order there are no quick shipping options. Clothing items typically arrive around 10 days from the time of purchase. Footwear, in some cases, may be longer. An email is provided to update you on delivery.
